摘要
根据现代防空特点，提出了防空群指挥能力组成要素，介绍了相应的评估方法，建立了评估防空群指挥能力的指数模型，为评估防空群指挥能力提供参考。
Based on the characteristics of modem aerial defense , the key elements at the command capability of antiaircraft group are brought out, some relevant assessment means are introduced ,the index model; which is used to estimate the command capability of antiaircraft group, is upbuilt so as to supply reference to assess the antiaircraft group＇s command capability.
