摘要 为了对转动装置的转速进行实时检测,研制出一种光敏Z元件角速度传感器。对光敏Z元件的特性进行了测试,其伏安特性曲线呈"L"型;随着光照度增加,阈值点向左上方移动。运用半导体理论对光敏Z元件的特殊性质进行了分析。利用光敏Z元件作为光电转换器,并用红外光源和信号处理电路设计一种光电式角速度传感器,其分辨力能达到0.4 rad/s,并能实现将转速量转换为数字脉冲信号输出的功能。由于光敏Z元件的特殊性质,该传感器具有电路简单、响应速度快、光谱响应范围宽的特点。 A kind of rotating speed sensor is designed by using light-sensitive Z-element to measure the real-time rotating speed of rotary device. The characteristics of Z-element are tested. Its V-I characteristic curve can be depicted by an"L"figure. As the light intensity becomes stronger, the limit point moves toward upper left. The special nature of Z-element is analyzed in the semiconductor theory. This photoelectric rotating speed sensor, whose resolving power is 0. 4 rad/s,is made by light-sensitive Z-element as photoelectric conversion element, the infrared light and signal adjustive circuit, and this sensor can realize the function of transferring the quantity of rotating speed into the digital impulse signal. Because of the special properties of the Z-element, the sensor has the features of simple circuit, high response speed and long spectrum range.
