摘要
目的探讨儿童外伤性视神经损伤的临床特点。方法回顾分析32例35眼儿童外伤性视神经损伤病例,总结其发病特点、临床表现、诊断及治疗。结果儿童外伤性视神经损伤致伤原因以车祸多见;视力损伤严重,0.1以下者29眼(82·9%),其中无光感者18眼;治疗后视力提高者17眼(48.6%),伤后7d内治疗者疗效优于7d以上者。结论儿童外伤性视神经损伤预后较差;早期诊断、早期合理治疗是提高疗效的关键;对头部外伤患儿应尽早进行眼科相关检查。
Objective To explore the clinical features of children traumatic optic neuropathy. Methods 32 cases 35 eyes with traumatic optic neuropathy were analyzed retrospeetively. Their features, clinical phenotype, diagnosis and treatment were summarized. Results Traffic accident was the common disabled cause in traumatic optic neuropathy . Their vision injured heavily, 29 eyes was under 0. 1（82.9%）, among them 18 eyes were NLP（ no light perception）. 17 eyes （48.6%） improved after treatment. The therapeutic efficacy in patients treated less than seven days before surgery was better than those treated after seven days. Conclusion Traumatic optic neuropathy of children has a poor therapeutic efficacy. Morning diagnosis and proper treatment are key factors . For children with head traumatic,ophthalmologie related examination should be done early.
