自体颅骨行枕颈融合术的实验研究

Experimental research of the occipitocervical fusion by planting autologous skull

目的观察枕下减压和枕颈融合术中使用自体颅骨植骨的融合状况,为临床上采用枕骨行植骨融合的可靠性及其达到骨性融合所需时间提供实验依据。方法建立兔枕下减压模型,取额顶骨移植于枕骨与第二颈椎棘突基底部间,分别于术后8周、10周、12周拍摄枕颈部正、侧位DR片,并于术后12周手术切开行大体观察。结果10只术兔在12周内,1只植骨块被吸收,1只发生感染植骨块脱出,余8只均达到骨性融合,融合率达80(。结论采用单纯的颅骨行植骨术能在12周内达到骨性融合,从而为临床上单纯采用枕骨行植骨融合术提供了实验依据。

Objective To observe the fusion state of autologous skull in the decompression and bone grafting for occipitocervical fusion ,in order to give experimental evidence for the clinical operation by planting occipital bone and the term of bone healing. Methods Establishing the rabbits decompression model and then taking a piece of frontoparietale to fix it from posterior occiput to C2 spinous. Taking orthophoric and lateral position DR photos on 8 , 10,12 weeks after operation ,observeing the planting bone by the second operation after 12 weeks . Results Among the ten rabbits ,one case obtained bone absorption ,one case obtained bone exodus because of infection ,the others obtained bone healing. The healing rate was 80%. Conclusion Skull grafting can obtain bone healing i in 12 weeks, this experiment can supply some experimental evidences for clinical occipital bone planting.
