随着国际交往的日益频繁,许多国家尤其是发达国家已经将动物福利理念引入到了国际贸易领域,将动物福利与国际贸易紧密联系,世贸组织规则中也有明确的动物福利条款,其对国际经济贸易的影响逐渐增大。动物福利作为一种新型贸易壁垒对我国畜禽产品、中药、服务业、水产品、化妆品和皮毛的出口贸易均产生了不可低估的影响,因此政府和企业应采取相应措施从容应对。

WTO also ruled animal welfare item. The influence about the animal welfare to the international economy enlarges gradually. The animal welfare is a kind of new international trade barriers. It influences the export trade of the birds meat product, herbale medicine, marine products, cosmetics, etc. So the government and enterprises should adopt measures to reply calmly.
