摘要
对11名实验对象的研究结果表明:太极拳练习比散步活动和闭目静坐能够引起更高振幅的大脑皮层慢波(Delta)电活动节律,这些频率极低的高振幅的慢波节律,不仅抑制了皮层Aplha和Beta波的活动,而且,还使皮层Theta受到明显的抑制。这种强大慢波节律对其它频率的脑电活动形成有效的抑制,使大脑皮层的电活动变得较为单纯,这就使太极拳练习者排除各种干扰、身心入静和稳定情绪创造了良好的神经生理学基础。据此,我们认为太极拳练习在稳定情绪方面,比闭眼静坐和散步有更好的作用和效果。
Study of eleven subjects of the experiment demonstrated that Taiji exercises could incite more brain Delta electric activities than the walking and the sitting. They could not only inhibit Alpha and Beta activities,but also inhibited the Theta activities. These strong slow rhythms could also inhibit other brain frequencies to make the brain electric activities simple. Consequently, a benefical neuro physiologicla basis was formed for'the Taiji practioners to be quiet and be emotionally stablized despite of various Of distractions.
