柿叶黄酮对药物不全流产大鼠血液流变学影响

Effects of persimmon leaf flavonoid on the hemorheology in the treatment of incomplete termination in rat

目的观察柿叶黄酮对不完全流产大鼠血液流变学影响。方法采用早孕大鼠灌服米非司酮和米索前列醇造成不完全流产模型,观察柿叶黄酮对该模型大鼠血液流变学的影响。结果柿叶黄酮可降低不完全流产大鼠血液流变学的粘稠度。结论柿叶黄酮促进大鼠流产,改善子宫异常出血。

Objective To investigate the effect of persimmon leaf flavonoid on hemorheology on incomplete termination in rat. Melhods The experiment was carried out on the early pregnant model rats with incomplete termination induced by mifepristone and misoprostol. Indexes of hemorheology of model rats were meastaed. Results Persimmon leaf flavonoid could reduce the blood viscosity in the model rats. Conclutions Persimmon leaf flavonoid could promote rats＇ abortion, and to improve rat＇s abnormal uterine bleeding due to drug abortion.
