国民党山西省党部组织演变考察

Research on the Evolution of Kuomintang's Headquarters and Organisation in Shanxi

1924年“改组”以后,国民党逐步重视地方党组织的建设。此后,国民党对各省(市)级党部反复进行整理或指导。伴随着国民党对地方政权控制力的增强,全国各省(市)地方党部的组织机构也呈现由混乱渐趋整齐的特点。受此影响,国民党山西省党部的机构设置和人员构成也处于不断的变化和调整之中。但这一时期,国民党山西省党部同时也表现出与众不同的景象:生存状态极其艰辛,且处境尴尬,不时成为阎锡山与中央政府争权夺势的工具。国民党地方党组织在山西地方社会的政治色彩,已日渐被其浓厚的军事背景所淹没。

After the reorganization in 1924, the Ktlomintang gradually stressed the construction of local organizations. Moreover, it started rebuilding and reforming the headquarters in all provinces. Accordingly, the force of the Kuomintang had been strengthened, and the headquarters of every province changed from chaos to order. Influenced by this situation, the organization and the staff of the Kuomintang in Shanxi province were ofen changed and adjusted. However, the party headquarters, organization evolution of the Kuo- mintang in Shanxi province has its own characters： the living conditions were extremely difficult, arduous and embarrassing. Ironically, it always becmne the tools for Yan xishan to compete for powers and fights against the central government. The political functions which the local organizations of the Kuomintang in local community possessed were overshadowed by the thick military backgrounds.
