超激光照射星状神经节对乳腺癌患者围术期细胞免疫及体液免疫的影响

The effect of super laser irradiation on stellate ganglion oncellular and humoral immunity function at perioperative period in patients with breast cancer

目的观察超激光(SL)照射星状神经节(SG)对乳腺癌患者围术期细胞免疫及体液免疫的影响。方法择期乳腺癌改良根治术女性患者40例,随机分成2组,对照组(Ⅰ组,20例),照射组(Ⅱ组,20例),观察入室(T1)、切皮(T2)和术毕30 min(T3)时CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、NK细胞活性以及IgGI、gAI、gM的变化。结果2组各时点CD3+、CD4+、CD8+均无显著变化(P>0.05)。Ⅰ组T2、T3时NK活性明显低于T1(P<0.05或P<0.01),Ⅱ组仅T2时NK活性降低(P<0.05),T3时NK活性恢复,明显高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。与T1比较,T2、T3时2组IgGI、gAI、gM均有不同程度下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),T3时Ⅱ组IgG明显高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),T2、T3时Ⅱ组IgA明显高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。结论术前超激光照射星状神经节可减轻乳腺癌改良根治术患者细胞免疫和体液免疫的抑制程度。

Objective To observe the effects of super laser（ SL） irradiation on stellate ganglion （SG） on cellular immunity and humoral immunity function in patients received modified radical mastectory （MRM）. Methods Forty female ASA Ⅰ - Ⅱ patients aged 34 - 65yr were schedualed for selective MRM,who were randomly divided into two groups： control group（group Ⅰ, n = 20）. irradiation group（group Ⅱ, n = 20）. Before anesthesia the patients in group Ⅱ received SL irradiation on double side SG with 60% - 80% output switching on for 2 seconds and off for 2 seconds at a period of 10 min on each side. Except for irradiation, group Ⅰ was the same as group Ⅱ. Blood samples were taken after entering operating room （T1） ,cutting skin（T2） and 30 min after operation（33） for determination of CD3^＋ ,CD4^＋ ,CD8^＋ ,NK activities and IgG,IgA,IgM.Results NK activities were significantly decreased at T2 and 33, as compared with baseline in group Ⅰ , while which were significantly decreased only at T2. NK activities were much higher at 33 in group Ⅱ than those in group Ⅰ , Compared with T1, IgG, IgA, IgM at T2 and 33 in group 11 were significantly higher than those in group I （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion SL irradiation on SG before operation can improve the inhibition degree of cellular and humoral immunologic function caused by stress.
