肛周按揉及腹部按摩对晚期肝硬化患者排便的影响

Effect of kneading around anus and abdomen on defecation in patients with hepatic cirrhosis at advanced stage

目的探讨肛周按揉及腹部按摩对晚期肝硬化患者排便的影响。方法选择消化内科196例晚期肝硬化患者，随机分为A组：肛周按揉＋腹部按摩组，69例；B组：腹部按摩组，66例；C组：常规护理组，61例。比较3组的排便情况。结果首次排便时间A组早于B、C组，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）；首次排便情况A组明显优于C组和B组；操作前后A组与B组的血压、心率比较差异无显著性意义（P〉0．05）。结论肛周按揉及腹部按摩有利于改善晚期肝硬化患者的排便情况。

Objective To investigate the effect of kneading around anus and at abdomen on defecation in patients with hepatic cirrhosis at advanced stage. Methods 196 patients with hepatic cirrhosis at advanced stage in digestive medical ward were selected, and randomly divided into three groups： Group A （69 patients）： kneading around anus and abdomen massage; Group B （66 patients）： abdomen massage; and Group C （61 patients） ： usual care. The differences of defecation among the three groups were compared. Results The time point of first defecation in Group A was the earliest among the three groups （P 〈 0.05）; and the status of first defecation in Group A was the best among the three groups. There were no statistically differences in blood pressure and heart rate （P 〉 0.05） between Group A and Group （before and after the nursing）. Conclusions Kneading around anus and at abdomen can improve the status of defecation in patients with hepatic cirrhosis at advanced stage.
