对护理人员实施分层使用管理，能激活护理队伍。本文对我国护理人员实施分层使用管理的现状及其存在的优势与不足进行了阐述。探讨借鉴国外的先进管理方法弥补我国护理人员分层使用管理的不足，以推进我国护理事业的发展。

Nursing personnel＇s stratification employment can activate potential capability of this group. So in this article we explain the current management state of nursing personnel＇s stratification employment in our hospital, and analyze the advantages and insufficiencies in this regard. We learn some foreign advanced management methods to improve the nursing personnel＇s stratification employment and to advance the development of nursing career in China.
