摘要
本文对风动凿岩机噪声的各种特性进行了理论分析和试验测试。结果表明,风动凿岩机的主要噪声源有:排气噪声、撞击噪声、机体振体的机械噪声、岩石的反射噪声。据此,本文提出了对各种噪声的降噪途径和控制方法,特别对排气噪声,提出了离机操作的新的降噪途径。
By means of the theory analysis and test measure of the several chara-cterestics of pneumatic rock drill noise, in the paper, the principal noise sources of the rock drill are revealed which include ejecting-gas noise, stricking noise when piston impuses skank, mechanical noise and the rock reflecting noise. And the noise reducing ways and noisd noise-controlling means of every noise are studied. To reduce the ejecting-gas noise, a new way called 'off-line operating' is put forward.
