Morality originates from realities. The cultivation of teachers＂ working ethics should be based on teachers＂ current teaching activities and stick to its bottom line. Meanwhile, it should respect teachers＂ major position in teaching, and combine dominant value views of society with teachers＂ self-improvement in order to translate the usual into the unusual.
