摘要本文构建了一个跨部门知识管理与相关多元化企业绩效关系的理论模型。运用结构方程建模(SEM)进行了大样本分析。通过假设检验,验证了知识管理能力对相关多元化企业绩效的显著促进作用。同时验证了知识创造、组织和转移过程能够促进知识管理能力,并且信息技术平台通过支撑知识管理过程,间接促进组织绩效。 In this paper, we build a model of relation between knowledge management and related diversification company performance. We analyzed big sample using SEM, and completed assumption examination. Knowledge management capability promote related diversification company performance obviously. Knowledge creation, knowledge organization and knowledge transfer process can promote knowledge management capability. IT can promote company performance indirectly through supposing knowledge management process.
