癫痫患者脑脊液生长抑素测定 被引量:2

Somatostatin Assay by RIA in Cerebral Spinal Fluid of Epileptic Patients

摘要 本文对25例正常人37例癫痫(EP)患者脑脊液做生长抑素(SOM)测定,发现正常人≤20岁与>20岁SOM差别有显著意义,即年龄越大,脑脊液中(CSF)SOM值越低。在癫痫组,年龄>20岁CSF中SOM水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。发作形式对CSF-SOM无影响。发病年限≤10年,SOM值明显高于对照组(P<0.05),发病>10年的,SOM值与对照组无差异。同时发现长期用抗癫痫药者,CSF-SOM值与对照组无差异,未用药者明显高于对照组(P<0.001)。CSF1-SOM的变化与CT,MRI的改变及SPECT所示放射性同位素吸收稀疏区相关。 In the present study, the somatostatin (SOM) concentrations in CSF of25 control subjects and 37 epileptic patients were measured by I radioimmunoassay (RIA )method. In control group, SOM levels was obviously different betweem <20 years and > 21 years (P<0. 05). In Ep group, SOM was higher than control group in >21 years old (P<0. 01 ). CSFSOM levels was higher in patients with epileptic histrol<10 years and no in take antiepileptic medicine than control (P,0. 05) (P<0. 001).
