骨桥蛋白在卵巢癌组织中的表达

Expression of osteopontin in ovarian cancer

目的探讨骨桥蛋白(Osteopontin,OPN)在卵巢癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测40例卵巢癌组织、20例卵巢良性肿瘤组织及10例正常卵巢组织标本中OPN的表达,分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果OPN在卵巢癌组织的含量(80.0%)显著高于卵巢良性肿瘤(10.0%)及正常卵巢组织(10.0%),P<0.01。OPN在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌及粘液性囊腺癌组织的含量分别为82.6%及76.5%,无统计学差异,P>0.05。OPN在卵巢癌Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期的阳性表达率显著高于卵巢癌Ⅰ期,并且随细胞分化程度降低OPN的阳性表达率显著升高。结论OPN在卵巢癌组织中显著高表达,其表达和肿瘤分期、分级密切相关。

objective To investigate the expression and significance of osteopontin（OPN） in ovarian cancer. Methods Expressions of OPN were detected by immunohistochemistry method in 40 patients with ovarian cancer,20 patients with ovarian benign tumor and 10 cases of normal ovarian tissues. Correlation between the expressions and clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results The expression of OPN was higher in ovarian cancer（80.0% ） than that in ovarian benign tumor（ 10.0% ） and normal ovarian tissues（ 10.0%, P 〈 0. 01 ）. The expression of OPN in serous cystadenocareinoma and in mucinous cystadenocarcinoma was 82.6% and 76.5 % respectively, there was no significantdifference between the two groups. （ P 〉 0. 05）. The expression of OPN decreased significantly in stage Ⅰ of ovarian cancer, compared with that in stage Ⅱ and stage Ⅲ. Conclusion The expression of OPN in the tissue of ovarian cancer is increased significantly, and which is closely related to the stage and grading of these malignant tumors.
