摘要 目的探讨脑脊液寡克隆区带(CSF-OCB)在神经系统疾患中的临床意义,并对多发性硬化(MS)患者CSF-OCB阳性和阴性结果进行比较研究。方法收集39例怀疑多发性硬化患者的脑脊液和血清标本,其中26例MS患者,用SEBIA电泳仪进行CSF高分辨电泳对OCB的检测。结果CSF-OCB阳性率在MS和非炎性神经系统疾患中分别为76.92%、7.69%。结论CSF-OCB的检查对于MS有一定的诊断价值,且可作为一个鉴别MS和非炎性的神经系统疾病的指标。商品化的高分辨脑脊液电泳试剂的使用能提高CSF-OCB的阳性率。 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of CSF-restricted OCB(CSF-OCB) in neurological disease and to carry out the comparative study on the positive and negative results of CSF-OCB in the patients with multiple sclerosis(MS). Methods To collect the samples of CSF and blood serum in 39 cases of suspicious MS and 26 cases of MS. CSF-OCB detection was performed by SEBIA electrophoretic instrument with high resolution. Results The positive rated of CSF-OCB in MS and non- inflammation neurological diseases were 76.92% ,7.69% respectively. Conclusion Detection of CSF-OCB has the certain diagnostic value for MS and may be as a index for differentiating MS and non-inflammatory neurological diseases. The commodity electrophoretic reagent with high resolution can enhance the positive rate of CSF-OCB.
