快速检测卡常规筛查细菌性阴道病的临床应用价值

Clinical applicable value of tacho-detection cards in routine screening of bacterial vaginosis

目的探讨快速检测卡在常规筛查细菌性阴道病（BV）中的临床应用价值。方法对816例患者阴道分泌物标本用快速检测卡进行测试,并与传统Amsel检测法相比较。结果816例患者阴道分泌物BV筛查的阳性率为46.07%,其中20-45岁育龄妇女的阳性率和构成比分别为60.7%和81.12%,46-78岁妇女为22.61%和18.88%。与传统Amsel检测法相比较,其结果差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,符合率91.4%,Kappa值0.82。结论本法具有操作简便、反应迅速、特异性强的特点,作为BV筛查的一种常规检测方法,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To assess the clinical applicable value of the tacho-detection cards in routine screening of bacterial vaginosis（BV）. Methods Tacho-detection cards were used for detection of 816 vaginal secretions samples, and the results were compared with traditional Amsel method. Results The positive rate for screening of BV was 46.07% among the 816 patients, in which positive rate and constituent radio of the child-bearing aged women ranged from 20 to 45 were 60.7% and 81.12%, and the women ranged from 46 to 78 were 22.61% and 18.88%, respectively. Comparing with traditional Amsel method, there was no difference among them（P〈0.05）, the coincidence rate of results was 91.4%, and Kappa value was 0.82. Conclusion The method is charactered with convenience, fastness and good specificity. As a routine method to screen BV, it is deserved to be generalized in clinical application.
