从城市是“社会互动的空间系统”这一基本概念出发,介绍城市交通速度发展的现状特点,提出了交通速度与密度一样是城市性的体现,城市的密度和速度之间存在着相互作用,认为城市规划应当突破传统的静态的空间规划方法,整合交通这一发展要素,以提高其调控城市发展的能力。

Started from the basic concept that city is the spacial system of social interaction, it introduces the actual features of city traffic speed development, brings forward that traffic speed is the same as density, both of them embody the city character, and there is interaction between speed and density. It also considers that city planning should break traditional static space planning methods, combining traffic factors, in order to raise the ability of controlling city development.
