摘要
介绍了城市综合体的概念,提出了建筑综合体的城市设计要点,并结合实例进行了分析,以在有限的城市用地上高度集中各项城市机能,从而调整城市空间结构,减少交通负荷,促进城市的发展。
It introduces the concept of city comprehensive state, brings forward the city planning points of corkstruction comprehensive state. It analyses practical items so as to highly centralize each function on limited earth, adjusts the spacial structure of city and reduce the traffic load, meantime, promotes the development of city.
