This paper points out the importance of being familiar with architectural drawing and brewing structural arrangement scheme on the design of brick concrete structural residence, and illustrates the details should be noticed in structural design and several added construction measures from setting of column, installation of beam, design of plate, and design of masonry, in order to avoid the occurrence of problems influenced utilizing function of building after delivery.
