摘要
针对施工企业人才流失严重这一现象,从个人、企业和社会三个不同角度分析了人才流失的主要原因,提出了重视人才价值、感情留人、薪酬留人等措施来留住人才、吸引人才,从而促进建筑施工企业的可持续发展。
According to the phenomenon of severe outrun of talents of construction enterprises, it analyses the main reason from three aspects including individual, enterprises and society, brings forward the measures of respecting talent's value, reserving by emotion and by high salary, so as to promote the continuous development of construction enterprises.
