摘要
对建筑企业传统的质量管理体系进行了分析,指出了存在的问题和缺陷,说明了贯彻标准化管理的必要性及在贯彻标准化过程中应遵循的原则,以提高工程项目质量管理水平,从而提高企业竞争力。
Based upon analysis of traditional quality management system in construction enterprises questions and shortages existed are pointed out, so that the necessity to carry out standardized management is elaborated. In addition, principles should be followed in implementation process are discussed in order to increase management level and competitive power for enterprises.
