脂肪乳剂Intralipid对急性肺损伤气体交换及组织形态学的影响

Effects of intravenous intralipid on the gas exchange and histology of the rabbits with acute lung injury

为对比研究脂肪乳剂Intralipid和葡萄糖对急性肺损伤气体交换及组织学的影响 ,我们对肺损伤家兔进行不同制剂的肠外营养液输注。研究结果表明 ,糖脂组呼吸次数、PaO2 、PaCO2 及pH无明显改变 ,而全糖组在 4 8hPaO2 和 pH均有显著下降 (P <0 .0 5) ,PaCO2 有升高。组织形态学检查表明 ,炎症及坏死性病变的检出率以糖脂组为低 。

The effect of intravenous fat Intralipid on the gas exchange and histology was studied in rabbits with acute lung injury for two days. The results showed that respiratory rate,PaO 2,PaCO 2 and pH didnt decreased and the lung histology was not further imparied in G F PN. It is suggested that the use of fat emulsion is safe in acute lung injury for a short term.
