Measurement of Residual Organic Solvents in Cefetamet by Capillary Gas Chromatography with Headspace Sampling

建立顶空毛细管气相色谱法测定头孢他美钠中的有机溶剂残留量.用HP-FFAP毛细管气相色谱柱,顶空进样法,FID检测器,以正丙醇为内标进行测定.乙醇、丙酮的线性范围分别为2.0-1000.0 mg·L^-1（r=0.9992）,1.0-600.0 mg·L^-1（r=0.9994）;乙醇、丙酮的平均回收率分别为100.3%、98.8%;RSD分别为2.2%、2.3%（n=5）.本方法简单、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,适用于头孢他美钠中有机溶剂残留量的测定.

The samples were injected into HP-FFAP capillary column by headspace sampler and analyzed with FID detector using n-propanol as the internal standard to develop headspace gas chromatography method for t of the residual organic solvents in cefetamet. The measurement results show as following： the linear ranges of ethanol and acetone were 2.0 - 1000.0 mg · L^-1（ r =0.9992） ,1.0 -600.0 mg · L^-1（ r =0.9994）, respectively. The recoveries were 100.3% and 98.8% with RSD 2.2% and 2.3% （ n = 5 ）, respectively. This experiment indicates the method is simple, accurate, and sensitive with good reproducibility. It can be used for the determination of the residual organic solvents in cefetamet.
