乳腺肉瘤的诊断与治疗（附6例报告）

The diagnosis and treatment of breast sarcoma（A report of 6 cases）

目的：探讨乳腺肉瘤的临床特点与治疗方法。方法：对2001年5月至2006年月12月我科收治的6例乳腺肉瘤的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：6例中叶状囊肉瘤3例，恶性淋巴瘤2例，癌肉瘤1例，随诊1个月至6年，无死亡病例。结论：本病多需病理证实，以手术治疗为主。结合术后化疗，近期临床效果良好。

Objective：To explore the clinical characteristic and therapy of breast sarcoma. Methods ：We retrospectively analysisthe clinical data of six breast sarcoma patients that we treated from May 2001 to December 2006. Results ：Among the 6 cases,cystosarcoma phyllides 3, malignant lymphoma 2, sacrocarcinoma 1.The follow-up period was from 1 month to 6 years. The survive rate was 100%. Conclusion ：The diagnosis of breast sarcoma usually should be confirmed with pathological examination.The treatment mainly depends on operation combined with postoperative chemotherapy.The near-term clinical efficacy is satisfactory.
