Rural Women's Non-agriculturalization and Adult Education in Our Country at Present

在中国农村非农化过程中,农村妇女的地位有所提高,但要使妇女地位发生质的变化,我们在关注政治、经济的作用的同时,加强对妇女的教育已迫在眉睫;成人教育可以提高农村妇女的素质以适应非农化就业的要求,也可以使她们比受过较少教育的人更经常、更多地从事非农生产活动,从而处于更有利的地位。

In the process of the Chinese non-agriculturalization, rural women＇s status has been enhanced. If we want to cause the fundamental change of the women＇s status, we should not only pay attention to the function of politics and economy but also strengthen women＇s education. The adult education can improve rural women＇s quality to adapt to the request for non-agricultural employment. They can also be engaged in the non- agriculture production more usually and be placed in a more beneficial position than the ones who have less education.
