实时三维超声诊断胎儿唇腭裂的探讨

目的探讨应用实时三维超声表面成像技术诊断胎儿唇腭裂的临床价值。方法应用Voluson730D三维容积探头对45例20～40周胎儿唇部进行观察。结果45例中应用实时三维超声清晰显示胎儿唇部的有41例,检查出12例唇裂(腭裂)胎儿,产后证实。三维显示率为91%,诊断唇裂准确率100%,腭裂为60%。结论实时三维超声在诊断胎儿唇裂中图像逼真直观,是产前检查胎儿唇裂的有效方法。

Objective Evaluation of the diagnosis of fetal lip-cleft with real time 3-D Ultrasonography surface mode. Methods A total of 45 fetuses （20 -40 weeks gestational age） were studied by using Volusion730D three-dimensional volume probe to observe lips. Results Of the 45 fetuses, fetal lips in 41 cases were seen and 12 cases were with lip-cleft （lip-palate）.they were approved in post partum. The 3-D display rate was 91%（41/45）;the lip-cleft nicety rate was 100%; the lip-palate nicety rate was 50%.Conclusion The 3-D Ultrasonography image is more precise and more clearly visible in the diagnosis of fetal lip-cleft and 3-D Ultrasonography is an efficient method to detect fetal lip-cleft.
