基于半导体量子点的量子计算的物理实现

摘要 利用半导体量子点导带中电子的自旋作为量子信息的载体,设计了量子计算的方案,该方案不需要利用量子位之间的相互作用,所有的操作只是单量子位的操作。 Based on electron spin in semiconductor quantum dot, we implement a quantum control-NOT gate without using spin-spin interaction. The electron spin state is selected as qubit state, and only the single qubit operation is used in our scheme.
