New Research Progress of Avermectin Biosynthesis Pathway and the Metabolic Engineering

摘要 阿维菌素(avermectin)是由阿维链霉菌(Streptomyces avermitilis)产生的一种具有杀虫活性的大环内酯类抗生素,在农业和畜牧业中应用广泛。本文综述了有关阿维菌素生物合成以及阿维菌素育种和代谢工程方面的最新研究进展。 Avermectin, produced by Streptomyces avermitilis, is a group of pentacyclic lactone antibiotics which have been widely used as antiparasitic drugs in veterinary and agricultural fields. Based on large numbers of latest references,the biosynthesis pathway of avermectin and the metabolic engineering new research progress in this paper have been discussed.
