“侧拉两定点法”血管吻合技术在大肢体再植中的应用

The Application of Besides Two Fixed Points Method in Dsulfide Onreplantation of Big Extremity

目的探讨“侧拉两定点法”血管吻合技术在大肢体再植中的应用效果。方法对20例病例采用“侧拉两定点法”吻合血管观察再植肢体成活情况。结果20例大肢体再植中19例成活(95%)、1例截肢(5%)。结论“侧拉两定点法”血管吻合技术具有能适当扩大管腔,不易缝合到对侧管壁的优点,“侧拉两定点法”在大肢体再植中实用有效。

Objective To investigate the effect on of the beside two fixed points method replantation of big extremeity. Methods The big extremity was observed after operation by beside two fixed points method. Restilts 19 cases were successful repaired and the survival rate was 95 %, and there was 1 case of limb amputatior. Conclusion Beside two fixed points method can extend blood vessels and not easily injure vesseles, which was practical and clinically effective in replantion of big exthemity.
