学龄前儿童血液中部分元素含量分析

摘要 目的了解学龄前儿童血液中钙、铁、铜、锌、镁含量变化,为进行科学防治提供实验依据。方法应用原子吸收光谱仪测定304例学龄前健康儿童的手指血元素含量。结果不同年龄组儿童血中铁、锌含量差异有显著性(P<0.05),镁含量差异无显著性(P>0.05)。<1岁组与-7岁组血钙含量差异有显著性(P<0.05),<1岁组与-3岁组、-7岁组血铜含量差异有显著性(P<0.05),男女性别间各元素含量差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论学龄前儿童钙、铁、锌普遍缺乏,应强调合理饮食、均衡营养,平时膳食中应增加富含钙、铁、锌食物的摄入。 Objective To study the content of zinc (Zn), copper ( Cu ), iron ( Fe ), calcium ( Ca ) and magnesium (Mg)of healthy preschool children and carry on preventing and controlling. Methods Using atomic absorption spectrophotometer, we tested the content of zinc, copper, iron, calcium and magnesium in the serum in 304 cases of healthy preschool children. Results It indicated that there was distinct difference in different age groups child blood iron, zinc content( P 〈 0.05) and no distinct difference in blood magnesium content( P 〉 0.05). There was distinct difference in blood calcium between - lyear groups and 3 - 7 year groups. There was distinct difference in blood copper between - 1 year groups and - 3 year groups, - 7 year groups. There was no difference in the male and female ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The calcium, the iron, the zinc lacked universally. We should emphasized the reasonable diet and the balanced nutrition, simultaneously we should added to food with the calcium, the iron, the zinc.
