Identification of Nitrendipine Tablets by Infrared Spectrophotometry

目的建立尼群地平片红外光谱鉴别方法。方法采用红外分光光度法,以三氯甲烷为溶剂提取、光谱纯溴化钾压片测定红外吸收光谱。结果尼群地平片与尼群地平对照品的红外吸收光谱完全一致,并与国家药典委员会颁布的《药品红外光谱集》中的尼群地平的标准光谱一致。结论本方法专属性好,可快速、准确地鉴别本品。

Objective To establish a rapid and exclusive method for the identification of Nitrendipine Tablets. Methods The infrared spetrophotometry was adopted, in which the recrystallization was carried out with the Chloroform as the solvent and with spectral purity potassium bromide tabletting as the infrared absorption spectrum. Results The infrared absorption spectrum of the Nitrendipine Tablets was completely in confomaity with that of the control substance and the standard spectrum of Nitrendipine issued in Infrared Spectrum Album of Drugs by State Pharmacopoeia Committee. Conclusion This method is specific, fast and accurate, which can be used for the identification of Nitrendipine Tablets.
