摘要
文章谈论了在社会建构主义理论下外语教师的角色不仅仅是起中介作用,在发挥学生学习的自主性的同时,教师教学也应该发挥其自主性,教师自主性和学生自主性是相互促进、相辅相成的。教师完成其中介作用的能力就来自于教师自主性,教师自主性是完成其中介作用的先决条件。教师自主性发展途径可通过对专业的反思、探究性实践和行动研究来完成。
This article focuses on the teachers' role according to Social Construct Theory. Writer thinks foreign language teachers should not ouly play the role of mediation but also have teachers' autonomy. Teachers' autonomy is the prerequisite of mediation and teachers' autonomy and students' autonomy are interdependent.Teachers can realize teachers' autonomy through three stages:the reflective practice,the exploratory practice and action research.
