摘要
义务教育阶段的数学课程改革,要遵循数学教育的基本规律,体现数学教育的基础性、普及性和有利于学生发展需求的目的性。数学教学要面向全体学生,人人学有价值的数学,人人能获得自身发展所需求的数学,使不同的人在数学方面获得不同层次的发展。数学课程的改革,必须牢牢树立“学有价值的数学”、“学生活必需的数学”和“促进学生和谐发展的数学”的基本观念,将数学课程与生活结合起来,以数学活动为载体,建构开放性的数学学习模式,运用以情境性评价为主的数学过程评价,促进学生数学思维品质和谐地发展。
The maths courses of compulsory education must follow the basic regularity of maths learning and teaching. It also must reflect the foundation, popularity of maths learning and teaching, it must help the developments of students. Maths learning and teacking needs to base on all students. It must help students find it valueable learning maths and acquire self- improvements. The aim of maths learning and teaching is to make different levels of students acquire Certain improvements. The improvements of maths courses must follow the basic principles of "valueable maths ""useful maths" and the improvements must promote all students to develop harmoniously. It' s important to combine maths courses and real life together and to build an opening pattern of maths learning through teaching and learning activities. Using activities among the processes as maths assessment, we should develop the students' reasoning capacities and abilities to analyse and solue problems.
