摘要
为了充分开发福建的龙眼资源,本文作者对龙眼多糖的提取工艺进行了研究.该多糖粗品是龙眼经乙醇乙醚混合物脱脂2 h,水提取,乙醇沉淀后,通过Sevag法除蛋白后获得.实验结果表明龙眼多糖的最佳制备条件是温度80℃,时间6 h,搅拌速度180 r/min,乙醇最佳浓度为70%.采用苯酚-硫酸分光光度法于490 nm检测,100 g干龙眼多糖得率为0.94%.
In order to exploit the resources of Fujian Euphoria longan, the preparing methods of polysaccharides of longan were investigated. Polysaccharides of the longan were gained by degreasing with the mixture of ethanol and diethyl ether for two hours,extracting with water,precipitating with ethanol and removing proteins with Sevag reagents. The optimal conditions for preparation operation were temperature of 80℃, reation time of 6 h, the agitation speed of 180 r/min,and 70 % of alcohol concentration in the solution. The amount of polysaccharide was measured by using the sulfuric acid-phenyl hydroxide method of spectrophoto at 490 nm. The result of the experiment indicated that the yield of polysaccharides was 0. 94 g/100 g Euphoria longan.
