摘要
目的通过对离体天然牙透射率的定量测量,确定天然牙透射率大小分布范围,了解天然牙半透性性能以及可能的影响因素。方法采用PR-650型光谱扫描色度仪对102颗离体天然牙的透射率进行定量分析,确定天然牙的透射率的分布范围,并通过PHOTORESEARCH颜色分析软件和SPSS12.0统计分析软件对结果进行分析。结果研究发现前牙透射率的平均值范围为0.1523% ̄0.2490%,后牙的透射率平均值范围为0.1019% ̄0.1314%;同年龄段的前牙和后牙的透射率存在差异(P<0.05),天然牙透射率随年龄的增长表现为正相关关系,前牙与年龄正相关系数r为0.425,后牙与年龄正相关系数r为0.320。结论天然牙透射率的分布范围广泛,同一年龄段的前牙和后牙的透射率差别显著,前牙的半透性大于后牙。天然牙的透射率与年龄呈正相关关系,即随着年龄的增长天然牙的半透性增强。
[Objective] To acquire the distribution of natural human tooth in vitro, and to investigate the correlation between natural human tooth translucency and age. [Methods] 102 natural teeth were measured quantitatively with a spectrocolorimeter (PR-650) in central zone of each specimen in vitro ,The selected parameter was transmittance. [Results] The transmittance of anterior teeth ranged from0.1523%~0.2490%; the transmittance of posterior teeth ranged from 0.1019%~0.1314%. The translueeney of anterior teeth in the same group was higher than that of posterior (P 〈0.05). The translucency of human natural teeth was related to age positively, with a higher average transmittance of aged group than that of younger group. The correlation coefficient between the age and anterior teeth was 0.425 (P 〈0.01), while the coefficient of posterior was 0.320 (P 〈0.05). [Conclusion] The transmittance of human natural teets ranged widely. The translucency of anterior is higher than posterior. The translucency of human natnral teeth is positively related to age.
