摘要 以甲基丙烯酸和新戊二醇为原料、硫酸氢钠为催化剂高效合成了二甲基丙烯酸新戊二醇酯,考察了影响酯收率的各种因素,确定最佳反应条件:n(甲基丙烯酸):n(新戊二醇)=2.3:1;催化剂用量7.5%(占新戊二醇质量分数),带水剂环己烷用量60%,阻聚剂对苯二酚用量0.625%,反应温度(110-115)℃,反应时间2.0h,酯收率可达94%以上。比较了不同催化剂的催化活性,结果表明,硫酸氢钠具有催化活性好、可重复利用、不腐蚀设备和环境污染小等优点,是合成二甲基丙烯酸新戊二醇酯的优良催化剂。 Neopentyl glycol dimethacrylate was synthesized by esterification of methacrylic acid and neo- pentyl glycol over sodium bisulfate catalyst. Influence of reaction condition on the yield of esterification was investigated. The optimum condition was obtained as follows: methacrylic-acid-to-neopentyl-glycol molar ratio 2.3:1 ;dosage of sodium bisulfate --7.5% of neopentyl glycol; cyclohexane dosage =60% of neopentyl glycol; dosage of hydroquinone = 0. 625% of neopentyl glycol; reaction temperature 110 - 115 ~C ;reflux and water segregating for 2.0 h. neopentyl glycol dimethacrylate yield of over 94% was obtained under the optimao condition. The experimental results indicated that sodium bisulfate exhibited higher catalytic activity, non-corrosiveness, non-pollutiveness to the environment and repeated usability.
