摘要
以四丙基氢氧化铵为模板剂,采用较低碱浓度水解成胶和较高模板剂浓度晶化的新工艺合成了低成本的TS-1分子筛,并优化了合成条件。样品的XRD和FT-IR表征证明,Ti原子成功进入分子筛的骨架中。结果表明,在水解成胶碱浓度为8%左右、晶化模板剂浓度20%时合成的TS-1分子筛,其催化苯酚羟基化反应中,苯酚的转化率达到20.56%。该合成在保证TS-1分子筛高催化活性的基础上,模板剂四丙基氢氧化铵(TPAOH)的用量明显降低,从而大大降低合成成本。
A method for synthesis of TS-1 zeolite at lower cost was developed and optimized using TPAOH as the template, with gel-forming at lower alkaline concentration and crystallization at higher template concentration. Characterization of the zeolite using XRD and IR showed that the zeolite had MFI structure and Ti atom entered the framework. TS-1 zeolite, synthesized via gel-forming at alkaline concentration of about 8% and crystallization at template concentration of about 20.51%, exhibited high catalytic activity for hydroxylation of phenol, with phenol conversion of 20.56%. Cost of TS-1 zeolite was lowered by much lower consumption of template.
