摘要 为了研制一种适合缠绕阻尼复合材料结构件的树脂基体,采用在强度较高的环氧树脂体系中加入端羧基丁腈橡胶(CTBN)与聚氨酯作为阻尼改性剂,以提高基体的阻尼性能。研究了CTBN与聚氨酯含量对体系阻尼性能的影响,结合力学性能优选出了采用CTBN和聚氨酯混合阻尼改性剂的适合于缠绕成型的结构型树脂配方体系,组成了优化配方,优选配方的拉伸强度达到69.9 MPa,阻尼损耗因子为0.1,并且黏度适宜,满足缠绕工艺要求。 In order to research a resin matrix for winding the damping composite structural component, carboxyl terminated butadiene rubber (CTBN) and polyurethane (PU) were joined in epoxy resin as damping modified agents to improve the damping property of resin matrix, the effect of different content of CTBN and PU on damping property of the composite was studied, the structural resin matrix for winding was optimized with mechanical property, and composite damping was studied. The result showed that, the tensile strength of optimized matrix was 69.9 MPa, loss dissipation factor of damping was 0.1, and the viscosity was satisfied with the demand of wind processing. The composite fabricated with this matrix had good damping property.
