“十五”期间农业综合开发林业建设示范项目共完成投资19．67亿元，完成各项建设项目70．7万hm。，参与的示范县达1200个。项目主要有长江中上游防护林工程，太行山绿化工程，西部防沙治沙以及经济林花卉基地建设。在取得成效的同时，尚需进一步提高对该项任务的重要性与必要性的认识，明确“十一五”期间的任务。是以重点地区生态建设、名优经济林花卉基地建设和村屯绿化为重点；加快改善区域生态环境和农村生产生活条件，提高优质林产品有效供给能力，充分发挥示范带动作用。

The comprehensive development including forestry building demonstration projects by the Ministry of Agriculture during “Tenth Five-Year Planning”has finished a total investment 1.967 billion yuan,completed construction projects707000ha,the demonstration counties reaching 1200.Main projects are Sheherbeli System in Upper-Middle Reaches of Yangtze River,Taihang Mountain Green,western desertification prevention and eco-nomic forest flower bases.Need to further enhance the mandate of the importance and necessity of a broad under-standing,clear“Tenth Five-Year Planning”during the task.Comprehensive agricultural development by the forestry aims to focus on ecological construction,famous flower and economic forest base construction and villages greening.Expedite the improvement of the regional ecological environment and agricultural production and living conditions, raising the effective supply of high-quality forest products, give full play to the exemplary leading role.
