摘要
文中基于KHN电路结构,使用第二代改进电流传送器,提出了二阶滤波器的电流模式实现电路。该电路能实现低通、带通、高通、全通、带阻及陷波等各种二阶滤波器函数。同时该电路具有输入阻抗低、输出阻抗高、元件灵敏度低等优点,易于级联实现各种高阶电流滤波器函数。
Based on the structure of the KHN circuit, a new one to implement the second order current mode filters using modified CCⅡ is presented. The biquads of LP,BP,HP,AP,BS,LPN and HPN can be realized with this circuit. Also, with low input resistance, high output resistance and low component sensitivities, the proposed circuit is easy to cascade to obtain high order current mode filters and easy to realize by integration.
