摘要
目的:探讨糖皮质激素对支气管哮喘患者外周血CD_(34)^+细胞、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)和嗜酸粒细胞(EOS)的影响。方法:选择哮喘急性发作期患者30例,常规取血测定CD_(34)^+细胞、IL—5和EOS;用吸入治疗2周后,再次取血测定外周血EOS计数、IL—5水平及CD_(34)^+细胞数目。结果:哮喘患者外周血EOS、IL-5及CD_(34)^+细胞数明显高于正常组(P<0.01)EOS凋亡指数呈显著下降( P<0.01)。经吸入布地奈德治疗2周后,IL-5、EOS及CD_(34)^+水平均显著降低。EOS凋亡指数呈显著增加,哮喘患者血清IL-5水平与EOS数呈显著正相关(r=0.92,P<0.01),与CD_(34)^+细胞数亦呈显著正相关(r=0.90,P<0.01)。结论:糖皮质激素可能影响CD_(34) ^+造血细胞的释放和向外周组织的迁移。
Objective: To study the effects of glucocorticoids on CD34^ + cell ,interleukin-5 (IL-5) and eosinophils(EOS) in the peripheral blood of asthma patients. Methods:46 asthmatic cases were treated by inhalation of glucocorticoids (Budesonide) for two weeks. The numbers of EOS and CD34^+ cells were counted and the level of IL-5 and EOS apoptotic index (AI) in the peripheral blood were measured. Results:The amount of EOS and CD34^ + cells and the level of IL-5 in the peripheral blood of the asthma patients were significandy higher than those of normal control ( P 〈 0.01) ,but the apoptotic index (AI)was lower .After 2 weeks of treatment, The amount of EOS and CD34^+ cells and the level of IL-5 decreased signiticandy ,while the apoptotic index (AI) increased signiticandy ( P 〈 0.01). The level of IL-5 was positivdy related to the amount of EOS ( r =0.92, P 〈 0.01),as well as to the amount of CD34^+ cells ( r = 0.90, P 〈 0.01).Conclusion:Glucocorticoids might affect release and emigration outwards to peripheral tissues of CD34 + cells in the peripheral blood of asthmatic patients .
