摘要
趋化因子在T细胞迁移过程中起重要作用,CXCL16是作为磷脂酰丝氨酸和ox-LDL的清道夫受体的多功能趋化因子。血管内皮细胞同时表达功能性地分泌型和膜结合型CXCL16分子,分泌型CXCL16参与激活T淋巴细胞趋化。膜结合型CXCL16作为粘附分子,通过它的趋化因子活性区参与活化T淋巴细胞与血管内皮细胞之间的识别和直接粘附;促进大量的特异性炎症细胞浸润。研究证明趋化因子CXCL16在多种临床疾病中扮演起重要作用。本文综述了CXCL16与临床疾病的关系及其研究进展。
Chemokine plays an important role in T cell migration. CXCL16/scavenger receptor for phosphatidylserine and ox-LDL is a multifuncfional chemokine that exhibits scavenger receptor activity toward oxidized lipids in a membrane-bound configuration and may be shed to serve as a chemoattractant for T helper 1-polarized T lymphocytes. CXCL16 is also a transmembrane chemokine and recruit activated-Tcells lymphocytes. Membrane-achored CXCL16 on vascular endothelial cells surface mediated direct adhesion between vascular endothelial cells and activated-T cells through chemoatactic domain. CXCL16 is involved in firm adhesion and recruitment of activated-T cells to endothelium with and secretory molecule form. CXCL16 may play a role in recruitment and adhesion of circulating leukocytes during the clinic disease. Artherosclerosis is a chronic infammafion process. Artery Endotheliocyte is the beginning spot of inflammation and immune attack. Many kinds of inflammatory medium participate the formation of AS. It makes various kinds of cells that express this receptor especially leukomonocyte, mononuclear macrophage generates directionality migrated signal,and can efficiently spanning blood vessel and migrate to the special spot at outside of blood vessel. Chemotatic factor CXCL16 is expressed by inflamed endotheliocyte, it combined with receptor CXCR6 and induces lleucocyte adhesion and migration. Accordingly, through detecting the expression level of CXCL16 in peripheral blood monouclear cells possibly conduce to early diagnosis clinic disease such as CAD and RA invariably appraisal the senerity and prognosis,and use neutrality antibody of CXCL16 to relieve inflammatory reaction. Or through gene knock-out/replace means and so on, it could prevent the generate and development of the clinic disease , thereby can profit the clinical prevention and cure of AS, AMI and other clinic disease.The correlation between CXCL16 and clinic disease and its complications were reviewed in this paper. In addition, some related advances of molecular biology on the relations between CXCL16 and clinic disease was also briefly introduced.CXCL16 plays a role in clinic disease. This paper reviewed the relation of CXCL16 with clinic diseases.
