摘要
目的:探讨事件相关电位N400在癫痫诊断中的临床意义。方法:2003年1月~2007年1月我科收治的30例癫痫患者作为观察组,33例正常健康体检者作为对照组,采用MEB-9104K诱发电位仪检测事件相关电位N400,然后进行对比分析。结果:癫痫组在发病后1天、15天N400的潜伏期较对照组长(P<0.05),而在30天时与对照组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。癫痫组N400的平均波幅在第1、15、30天分别较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:N400电位在癫痫中的应用将为诊断该病提供客观有效的实验室依据。
Objective:To explore the clinical meaning of event related potentials (N400) in epilepsy. Methods:From Jan 2003 to Jan 2007,33 normal people as control group and 30 epilepsy patients in study group were detected by ME-9104k evoked potential detector, and then contrasted and analyzed respectively. Results:At different stages, average wave crest latent period of N400 in study group was longer than that of control group during pretherapy and on therapy (P〈0.05),but no significant difference in the thirtieth day (P〉0.05). While average amplitude of wave N400 in the study group was significantly shorter than that of control group during different stage of treatment (P〈0.05).Conclusion:Event related potentials(N400) could provide objective and effective laboratory data in the diagnosis of epilepsy.
