微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗嵌顿性输尿管上段结石

Minimal invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy for impacted upper ureteric calculi

目的:探讨应用微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗嵌顿性输尿管上段结石的疗效。方法:选取36例嵌顿性输尿管上段结石的患者,采用微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗。结果:术后3天结石清除率为100%(36/36)。结论:微创经皮肾穿刺取石治疗嵌顿性输尿管上段结石损伤小、结石清除率高。

Objective：To investigate the effect of the minimal invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy（MPCNL） in the management of impacted upper ureteric calculi.Methods：A total of 36 patients were diagnosed as suffering from impacted upper ureteric calculi.All of them received MPCNL.The clearance rate of stone was recorded in 3 days after operation.Results：After MPCNL, the clearance rate of stone was 100%（36/36） in 3 days after operation.Conclusion：MPCNL is regarded as a minomally invasive and high clearance rate method for impacted upper ureteric calculi.
