摘要 目的:探讨重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)对鼻黏膜结构的影响。方法:对21例(42侧)经鼻内窥镜全鼻窦开放术患者进行同体对照实验,一侧直接将人表皮生长因子喷于纱条填于术后窦口鼻道复合体处,另一侧为止血纱条填塞术腔2日后对照,在用药后3天、1周、2周取双侧鼻黏膜进行透视电镜下观察鼻黏膜结构。结果:用药后3天上皮排列不整,细胞间连接松散,表层纤毛紊乱,大量脱落,1周时上皮、表层纤毛明显修复,2周时黏膜基本正常。结论:重组人表皮生长因子对鼻黏膜结构的损坏较小并可促其迅速恢复。 Objective:To study the influence of recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF) on the structure of the nasal mucosa. Methods:There were 21 patients(42 sides) in endoscopic sinus surgery for total sinusitis in the consubstantial control experiment. The ostiomeatal complex (OMC) of one experimental side was filled with the gauze sprayed by the rhEGF,The control side was filled with the hemostatic gauze for two days. The nasal mucosa of two sides was taken and observed under electron microscope after three days,one week and two weeks, Results:h was found that after three days of drugs administration,the epithelia arranged out of order,the cells connetted in loose and the epidermal cilia breaked largely off;after one week the epithelia and the epidermal cilia restored evidently;after two weeks nasal mucosa became normal on the whole. Conclusion:The rhEGF does not harm the structure of the nasal mucosa and advances it restoration rapidly.
