摘要 电解金属锰生产中,工业废弃物排放量大,成分复杂,直接排放严重污染环境。本文以重庆秀山电解金属锰为例,调查了电解金属锰工业生产中的污染问题,并从措施、规划、循环经济理念、管理、教育等方面研究提出了实现电解金属锰工业可持续发展的对策。 During the production of electrolytic metal manganese, the quantity of discharged industrial waste is very large and the components of waste are complicated. It would pollute environment seriously to discharge the waste directly without any treatment. In this article, the pollution problems in the production of electrolytic metal manganese in Chongqing Xiushan are investigated, and the countermeasures of sustainable development of electrolytic metal manganese industry are put forward according to the researches of several aspects such as measures, projects, circular economy management, education and so on
