高职院校团队训练是培养学生团队精神的主要方式,以体验式教学为主,以班级训练、拓展训练、组合团队训练等形式来进行。其任务是培养学生的合作能力、人际和谐能力、执行能力、健康心理能力,以更好的与企业需求想对接。

The team training is the main way which trains university student＇s team spirit. And the experiencing teaching methods are carried on. Also, the methods are adopted of class training, development and combining team training. Its duty is to bring up the student＇s cooperation, the interpersonal harmonious, executive and psychological healthy ability.
