摘要
针对应用型本科院校土木工程专业创新人才培养的现状,本文首先从根源上找出了创新人才培养不足的原因,然后提出了设立“土木系大学生科研中心”,采用“校企联合培养模式”,营造良好的创新环境三点举措。
Aiming to the present situation of cultivation of innovatory talents of civil engineering of application regular college, the article raises the reasons of insufficiency of cultivation of innovatory talents from the root firstly, then brings forward three steps of establishing ＂undergraduate scientific research center of civil engineering＂, adopting ＂cultivation pattern of school business union＂ and building the good innovation environments.
